Mr Jarryd Solomon
Jarryd was born and grew up in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. After attaining his medical degree with first class honours in 2010 from Monash University, Jarryd undertook his early training years at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Jarryd completed vascular surgical training at multiple tertiary vascular centres across both Melbourne and New Zealand, and attained his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2019.
When not operating, Jarryd is a passionate AFL fan, enjoys playing with his miniature dachshund Duffy, and raising his young family with his wife Mays.
Jarryd is the supervisor of vascular surgical training at Peninsula Health (Frankston Hospital). Jarryd operates privately at Mulgrave Private Hospital, Peninsula Private Hospital and The Bays Hospital.
